Abstract
Why and how has Nissan been drastically recovered? The essence of its recovering process is called NISSAN WAY, which is one of the most important behavioral compasses for Nissan's related 200 thousand people towards a sustainable growth. However, scrutinizing the Nissan's past history, it is becoming clear that the core message of NISSAN WAY is the same as the spirit of Nissan's founding period. In this thesis the relationship between NISSAN WAY and Nissan's corporate DNA will be clarified.
