The Trend Analysis of Standard Patent Application Documents on Each FieldUsing the Public Patent Bulletin

Abstract

The patentmind of small andmediumenterprises is generally low. Therefore, a lot of small andmediumenterprises have been paying the high upkeep to the useless and worthlessness patent after they got it. We will find a standard patent application document model fromthe public patent bulletin, to which small and medium enterprise can refer when they get a patent. This try is similar to the content of the last report. In this report, the range of the analysis was expanded, and the standard patent application document model in each industrial fieldwas found. In addition, the trend of the standard patent application document from2004 to 2008was analyzed.
