Abstract

Since 2002 in Japan under the concept of the education free fromthe pressure, the time schedule and the level of the academicability of the young generation had been decreased. So when they might start to enter the company, the gap of the understandingsbetween the trainers and the new comers on the vocational initiation might be the serial problems on and after 2011. The companyshould start to prepare the training menu including the academic knowledge. In this study we propose that the business-academia collaboration to improve the academic ability for young generations before entering the company might be recognized as the CSR of the company. This CSR action by the companymay contribute theeducational facilities and also to gain the profit of the company.
