In this thesis, I will consider the basic method of teaching which is easy to understand for those who wish to get the national license of the 3rd grade officer or engineer. Almost all of those are not used to studying English, and this is why I will consider the basic method of teaching for them without making them to think that English is hard to understand and learn.
