Abstract
Under simplification that self-sufficiency rate of a certain product is linearly related to its domestic stock time (excluding regular reserves) after its import in a 2-state model, I maximize regular -reserve rate under the restriction of minimizing total cost including production, vending, storage, and trading costs to obtain a desired self-sufficiency rate.
