The Fe doped Cd0.62Mn0.38Te has some magnetic characteristics similar to spin-glasses even at room temperature, e. g., the thermal irreversibility of magnetic susceptibility, the time-dependent remanent magnetization and so on. We analyzed the decay curve of thermoremanent magnetization (TRM) observed at temperatures from 100K to 260K in comparison with that in the low temperature spin-glass region. Both the decay curves were well fitted by a stretched exponential. The relaxation time τ evaluated from the high temperature data is longer compared with the low temperature curve, while the time-stretched exponent n is small. We discuss the high temperature spin-glass-like relaxation of TRM based on the ferromagnetic cluster formation caused by the exchange interaction between carriers and magnetic ions, i.e., bound magnetic polaron.
