斜め一軸磁気異方性を有する希土類 − 鉄合金非晶質薄膜のホール磁気ヘッドへの応用

抄録

A new Hall magnetic head for digital reading has been manufactured using evaporated GdFe amorphous thin films which show far larger sensitivity for the magnetic field applied in a certain direction along the film plane than the field along the film normal. The Hall head has the following features; 1) strong directivity to field, 2) high sensitivity (product sensitivity K_H=73 mV/mA · kOe), 3) puls-like output with a constant value, 4) good performance in high-frequency field (from DC to at least 100kHz).
