Fatigue-Examinations by Donaggio-Reaction of the urine were performed no 90 workers (male) working in three shifts in a certain chemical fibre producing factory. Values of Donaggio-Reaction of 18 workers who had not missed any examination were reinvestigated, and the conclusions obtained are as follows; 1) Values of Donaggio-Reaction differ according to the time of each examination, so the time of examination should always be considered in the evalution of results. 2) Values of Donaggio-Reaction are influenced by seasons. They are lower in winter and higher in summer in respect not only to the time of every examination but also to every individual. 3) Values of Donaggio-Reaction differ individually. But this individual difference becomes unclear when the values are grouped by post. 4) Though on differences can be found out among values of each post, insofar as the values in respect to the time of each examination are concerned, a certain differences are noticeable among posts. This may be due to differences of the kind of work and the temperatures of each post.
