Abstract

As the second lecture of this series, the status quo of Internet is explained. We often hear that Internet is not operated by special organizations, so concerning its operational system, the mechanism of connection and guaranty of communication is described. Also as problems of Internet, discussion is made about its security, encipherment of information, and censorship. Various using methods are introduced as an information transmitting means as well.
