東京都区部の住工混在地域における居住・生産環境の変容の考察

抄録

This article difines a mixed land use area in the Tokyo-Ku-Area and selects 4 typical districts there. Through 4 case studies of the industrial land use in the districts, it was found that mixed land use areas in the Tokyo-Ku-area are of two characteristic types: one type shows dynamic change and the other does not. Finally, improvement policies are proposed, whereby we may improve mixed land use areas in a variety of ways suited to the characteristics of the districts concerned.
