The Building Standards Act and the City Planning Act Prescribe the systems of physical control in order to improve and conserve the living environment. The concept of “building lot” is very important in these systems. We carry on this research using the questionnaire problems in building lot and control of them. And also, we make it clear that they differ from the types of local governments, that is whether they have the necessary power by law.
