In recent years, need of redevelopment of the build-up area in metropolitan area is increasing steadily. The paper attempts to reach the two objects: 1) To design a land use simulation game, which is a training machine for planners and students to understand machinism of environmental changes of resident area an learn plan-making method. 2) To evaluate the performance of the game by several test plays.
