It is necessary to reconsider the land readjustment works as method of urban redevelopment in urban area. I researched the transition of land use and building in land readjustment area. And I considered the relation between the transition of these and the changing of landownership. The actual situation is summarized as follows. 1 Parking lots increase and continue to exist over a long period of time after the land readjustment work. 2 Buildings are renewed rapidly on reploting lots.
