Abstract

Public Housing is provided publicly for low-income group. Many problems (physical and social) are occurring in recent years. Especially the concentration of the aged and low-income group is remarkable in early-built and small-size houses. The group in Public housing is becoming more monotonous. The purpose of this study is to clear the actual state of Public Housing concentrating to aged and low-income group. This paper reports about the results and the analysis of Nagoya Municipal Public Housing Survey in 1984.
