For the solution of housing problems and commuter traffic problems, road and railway connected city center with suburb are constructed. They have a great influence on the surburb. Then, it is important to clear the influence concretely. But, the process of urbanization in each plot wasn’t studied in detail. Therefore in this study, we read the data of use, site, building area and number of stories at each plot, using a topographical map (1/2500) and dwelling map, within a radius of kilometer of the Esaka station, Suita City, Osaka Prefecture. Considering the data, we clear the process of urbanization and the relation in number of location to geographical facter and that in increased number of location to accumulated number of location.
