It is the purpose of this paper to clarify the problems of the physical distribution facilities in the planning location. The mixed land use planning of the physical distribution facilities and residential area caused the problems of noise pollution, exhaust gas and traffic accident ,etc. The location of it's facilities are in quest of a convenience overall land use planning. Therefore, environmental considerration are very low level in the investigated area. These are suggest that inducements are necessary in case of the physical distribution facilities planning.
