It is the purpose of this study to survey the motorcycles parking condition and to analyze the necessity of its parking space in the housing estate. The results are as follows; 1)From the motorcyclist's point of view the availability of secure motorcycle parking is a pre-requisite, 2) On the other hand, its non-user's point of view are using problems of motorcycle which arising from noise and danger, 3) In the motorcycles use and parking, different cognition of motorcyclist and non-users are; on the selection of parking space and parking styles in the case of establishments of parking facilities and the rule of motorcycles use etc.
