THIS PAPER STUDIED ON THE PARKING CHOICE BEHAVIOR INCORPORATING TEMPORAL VARIA-TION IN DEMAND. WITH A SET OF DISAGGREGATE PARKING USE DATA IN MATSUMOTO CITY CENTER, NAGANO, WE REVIEWED THE BASIC DEMENSIONS OF PARKING USE LIKE PARKING WAITING TIME AND PARKING TIME DYNAMICALLY. THEN, WE BUILT THE PARKING CHOICE MODELS INCORPORATING PARKING WAITING TIME, WHICH WAS DYNAMICALLY DISTRI-BUTED VARIABLE. AFTER ESTIMATING THE MODELS, WE DEVELOPED PARKING SIMULATION MODEL, WHICH COULD DEAL WITH THE DYNAMIC CHARACTERISTICS OF PARKING USE, IN ORDER TO EVALUATE THE INTRODUCTION OF PARKING GUIDANCE AND INFORMATION SYSTEM.
