WHEN WE USE THE PUBLISHED LAND PRICE DATA IN THE ANALYSIS USING URBAN LATTICE DATA, WE SOMETIMES HAVE INCONVENIENCE SINCE THE LAND PRICE DATA CAN BE OBTAINED ONLY ON THE LIMITED POINTS IN THE URBAN AREA. THIS PAPER ATTEMPTS TO PROPOSE THE MODEL FOR INTERPOLATING THE LAND PRICE DATA. THE PROPOSED MODEL IS BASED ON THE CONCEPT OF THE TRANSPORTATION COSTS IN WIDER SENSE. FOR IMPROVING THE FITNESS OF THE MODEL, THE URBAN ACTIVITIES OF EACH PLACE ARE ALSO USED IN THE MODEL.
