IT IS CLEAR THAT SHOPPING CENTER OF HOUSING AREAS DON'T WORK OUT WELL ACCORDING TO THE PAST THSISES. THEREFORE WE EXAMINED USER'S BEHAVIOR FOR SHOPPING CENTER AT A MATURE HOUSING AREA AND GAVE CONSIDERATION TO PRESENT BEHAVIOR OF A SHOPPING CENTER AND A PART OF SHOPPING CENTERS. WE SENT OUT OF A QUESTIONNAIRE ON BEHAVIOR OF A SHOPPING CENTER AT HOUSING AREAS, MAEHARA, NIIZA, NISIKONAKADAI AND KIRIGAOKA. AS A RESULT, RESIDENTS OF NIIZA HOUSING AREA USE A SHOPPING CENTER OF ITS HOUING AREA BEYOND EXPECTATION BECAUSE OF CHANGE OF RESIDENTS' SHOPPING AREA FOR MATURITY OF RESIDENTS, BUT RESIDENTS OF ANOTHER HOUSING AREA TREND TO USE ANOTER SHOPPING CENTER.
