THE PURPOSE OF THIS PAPER IS TO DESCRIBE HOW CONTEXTUAL ROLE-PLAYING, WHICH REPRESENT THE ATTRACTIVINESS OF THE CONCEPTUALIZED URBAN ENVIRONMENTAL IMAGES, INFLUENCED THE PLAYERS' CONSCIOUSNESS OF THE ENVIRONMENT WE INTERVIEWED THE CURATORS OF SMALL-CORNER MUSEUMS NETWORK AND COLLECTED THEIR PAST STATEMENTS. ACCORDING TO THE STATISTICAL ANALYSES OF THE COMMENTS, WE CLARIFIED THE PARTICIPATORS, WHO HAD MADE OWN IDEAL FIGURES REGARDING CURATOR, BAD VOLUNTARY GRAPPLED WITH THE DEVELOPED ROLES AS CURATOR AND THOSE, WHO HAD NEGATIVELY PLAYED THE ROLES, TENDED TO APPEAL DESCONTENTS AND DEMANDS TO THE ORGANIZER. FROM THESE RESULTS, THE ORGANIZER NEEDS TO INFORM THE ROLE-PLAYERS OF THE DIVERSITY OF THE ROLE-PLAYING AND TO ADMIT FLEXIBLY THEIR RESPECTIVE CONVERSIONS. SOCILA SYSTEMS ARE ALSO NEEDED TO REDUCE THE PERSONAL BURDENS AND TO ENABLE NEIGHBORS TO PARTICIPATE THESE ROLE-PLAY PROGRAMS.
