Abstract
Facing with environmental and Financial Problems, It becomes more important to find better way of public involvement in order to construct better infrastructure facilities. This paper examines public involvement process and practice in trunk road planning in England. Based on literature survey and two times interviews in England, the main points of discussion is found out. One specific example gives good illustration of public involvement practices.
