Abstract
In recent years, bus users are decreasing and the company's management situation is severe. On the other hand, the deregulation will be advanced and the freedom of the joining and leaving of the bus traffic be secured by 2001. It is necessary to review the role as a only public transportation in local city. In this research, the concerning bus traffic of the municipality in the current state is analyzed. Next, calculated by the data analysis and the model construction for the case study city. As a result, the utility of the process where the municipality becomes a subject is shown.
