Abstract
This paper aims to clarify the Development Revelation and the Residential Movement of Private Subdivision Dwellers in Fukui city. For that purpose, it is mainly analyzed that the amount supplied of the private subdivision and the household change after moved-in with indexes of the site distance from city center, the development time and the period from moved-in. In conclusion, 1) In the older estates, many households have getting old and becoming small number. 2) There are few household moving for “Living together“ or “Living nearly”, so the succession of dwelling from parents to children is seemed difficult. 3) It is important that the measure for supporting the succession of dwelling and for making better community compounded of old and new dwellers.
