Abstract
Between 1992 and 2002, in Aachen, Hamm, and Herne, "the model-project for ecological city of future" was implemented with the financial support by the Land Nordrhein-wetfalen, Germany. Till now the three cities continue and newly develop various projects as Local Agenda 21. Among those many projects, these three cities tried partnership projects along with their own condition and character. We can find several keys for how to manage the people from different background to share the common visions and realize activities for ecological city. In this paper, we show several project design methods are frequently utilized.
