Abstract
Now reconstruction of noospheres, such as regional consolidation and restructuring , has been progressed, but basic principles for its framework and procedures are not clear. Until Edo era, our noospheres had been maintained as the closed system based on rice fields. But this system has been declining by modernization after Meiji era. The objectives of this paper are to examine meanings of noosphere based on cleave arrangement and autopoiesis, and to make reconstruction procedures clear, according to Arakawa/Gins concept of body: karada and tentativeness. The authors define the noosphere as cleaving process of settlement structure and interaction structure, and shows asymmetrical problems. Then, they propose this procedure to solve these problems in the process of cleaving both of structure.
