Abstract
In recent years, landscape of Daimyo garden is changed by a development beside it. Actually, legislation is established to control these developments. But it is difficult to control all of the developments in a metropolis. In Cultural Properties Protection Act developers are obliged to consult with the administration. This study search for the conference among the administration and the developers for the scene preservation in Hamarikyu Onshi Teien to analyze remark about scene preservation on the consultation, and grasp what the conclusion from its attendance is and what important on scene preservation is. Consequently, conclusion from this study brings a taste of learning for scene preservation.
