Abstract
Recently, tourists are likely to regional sticking tours,so some local populace take the role of "Host" to tell the tourists about the history or the culture of the place. While local populace being take the role of "Host"increasing,"Mini-Museums",in which the owner of the shop or the small workshop show their works,is being paid attention. I found that the subsidy from Sumida Ward and the loose enforcement of it affected good for them. To lead the continuity of the curators,I think it is important that governors should know the intention of each curator and they should arrange and make the space where tourists and the curators can make good communication. I made it a conclusion that there are three important things which organize the continuity of the curators. They are "personality","things", and "places"
