Abstract
The purpose of this paper is to clarify actual conditions of the network residence in the suburb of local city. So we made questionnaire survey in the suburb of Fukui City in 2005, and got valid data from 189 households and 343 dwellers. The main contents of this survey are (1)address of dispersed family, (2) actual conditions of intercommunication with them and other friends. The main conclusions are as following; (1) major type is the intercommunication with eldest daughter or parents of wife. (2) The frequency of intercommunication is provided by the location of dispersed family. (3) The frequency and composition of intercommunication are provided by the family stage, and the major intercommunication is formed at the family stage with infants. (4) The rate of households with high frequency intercommunication is about 20%. (5) The intercommunication with dispersed family and with other friends has multiplier effects each other.
