Abstract
On urban improvement for the earthquake disaster, it is important to consider the human behavior for prevention choice. In this paper, we analyze the structure on selective behavior for the earthquake disaster. First, we show a summary of the investigation focusing multipurpose prevention effect. Second, using AHP, we grasp personal importance for prevention choice. Finally, we discuss decision makings for collective selection. The results are as follows. According to average priorities, they think much of crisis for their life, rebuilding, retrofitting, and fixation of the furniture. And, by cluster analysis, we can classify some characteristic groups in their valuation.
