With the change of socioeconomic conditions concerning urban redevelopment projects, the conventional urban redevelopment metod of right conversion based on the co-ownership has faced the limits. This study aims at investigating the future possibilities of the method of completely-detached property ownership, with the case study of a project in a residential and industrial mixed land use area. We conclude that the method of completing-detached property ownership could be employed by a deliberate policy of combining detached property ownership and co-ownership and an organized Masterplan of the district.
