Abstract
Urban Planning paradigm is changing from using landmark image to overall depth on urban regeneration (GOTO, 2007). But, later methods have not been developed well, yet (Nishimura, 2009). So, on this research, I am paying attention to how to make reconstitution of 'place memory' focused on Tateyama Ecomuseum. Because Tateyama has been located in important direction to protect East Japan, there are lots of war heritages. To conserve these heritages, Tateyama Ecomuseum has been started. Not only war heritage, but also fish industry of modern times, exchanges with China, Korea, even North America were founded through archive activities. At the same time, lots of place memories were made to collected memories through reconstitution. And, lots of citizen network were connected each other through these reconstitution of place memories. I categorize reconstitution of place memories and citizen network. And I also consider the possibility of these reconstitution.
