Abstract
This paper aims to clarify the reconstruction of living space by the small housing estate in Kanazawa city as a case study. The conclusion are as follows: 1) 15 housing estate are constructed and they are categorized "walk through", "dead end", "road widening" 2) Most of houses have large site and large total floor area. 3) By survey about land ownership, inheritance and integration of the Land are few. 4) In the four cases, even if parking lots were adjacent, concentration was not done.
