Abstract
In this research, we clarify how to practice effective Mobility Management for school commuting in rural areas. We tried a Travel Feedback Program to increase the number of people who go to school by public transportation on Konan Railway Owani Line for two years. As a result, programs that promote public transportation to the parents, and discussions with the parents and students had certain effects on suppression of school commuting by the parents' transfer, even at the current public transportation service level. As a means, it is important to fully communicate the non-personal and social disadvantages of school commuting by the parents' transfer.
