Abstract
This study aims to give the suggestion to the plan making on Urban Facility Location Plan by local authorities in the future, by proposing the method for setting Residential Promotion Area to the Area Divisional local cities and by comparing the results with the case of the Urban Facility Location Plans already made. By analyzing the urban structure, we make three Residential Promotion Area ideas with a different area ratio to the Urbanization Promotion Area and compare them with a plan made by the local authority. We clarify that the city where the convenience of public traffic is high sets a narrow Residential Promotion Area to the Urbanization Promotion Area, and that the city where the convenience of public traffic is low sets a wide Residential Promotion Area to the Urbanization Promotion Area.
