Abstract
In this research, as a trial example of "Participatory Pilot Program Method", we focused on "Kanda Police Street Bustling Pilot Program 2017", organized participatory processes of Pilot Program and verified the possibility of public space utilization by activity survey By doing, we aim to clarify notes of 'Participatory Pilot Program Method'.The point to keep in mind about "Participatory Pilot Program" is to clarify participation and application of project participants. The second is to review the project. The third one is to place a producer for planning brush up. Fourth, planning funds should be decided beforehand. For the fifth item, study design should be studied with minimal stakeholders. The sixth is to prompt publicity and involve participants. The seventh is also necessary to participate supporters such as staff the day.
