Abstract
Fukushima Prefecture has damaged by the accident of TEPCO Fukushima Daiichi Nuclear Power Station. In recent years, the evacuation order has been lifted, however, the status of supply bottlenecks of regional public transport and the viewpoint of securing mobility in the afflicted areas have not been cleared. This paper focused on bus and taxi services, and clarified supply bottlenecks of these services in Fukushima. In addition, we compared the changes in the role of public transport services before and after the evacuation order was lifted, using case studies in Minamisoma City. Furthermore, we simulated the requirements of establishment of a taxi sharing service that can attenuate the supply bottlenecks by using case study in Odaka ward of Minamisoma City and examined the possibility of application to nuclear accident evacuation area.
