Abstract
Seven years have passed since the Great East Japan Earthquake, and recovery planning is also moving to a new phase called like community design. This paper focuses on the urban park construction project in Noda village, and clarifies the process that was cooperated with primary school, junior high school, and high school. And the system of the village that made it possible to realize and the result are also clarified. We also present challenges for continuing school participation to the park maintaining in the future. Establishing opportunities to engage not only in planning but also on a management will foster a mind with affection and pride. In addition, it is also possible to face to issues after the construction by using the long term project period.
