In this Paper, we evaluated the event about economic effectiveness and changes of consciousness to its purposes intended for visitors and program participants; case study of “TOCHIGI FARM FESTIVAL 2005”. In economic evaluation, we estimated the number of the visitors and consumption and estimated visit benefit from each element constituting the event by Stated Preference data of visitors, and considered cost-effectiveness. About consciousness changes, we analyzed them about each of visitors and program participants of the event by covariance structural analysis, and compared results of the analysis.
