Abstract
This paper focuses on the effect of the redevelopment around the station in local cities and aims at the proposal for the case with Kumamoto. At first, analysis cases used for comparison with Kumamoto are 5 stations. Next, analysis tools are “Map”, “Schedule” and “Graph where price of land was edited”. From the analysis result of five cases, considerations to schedule and relation of city are arranged. In addition, use point that case analysis showed and problem of case with Kumamoto are extracted. Finally, _it proposes the redevelopment around Kumamoto Station from these results.
