A Study on Analysis Model for Process of Memorizing Work Positions and Order in Touch-panel Task

Abstract

This paper focuses on the work information of a product with many manual assemblies, such as an office machine, and devises an analysis model for process of memorizing the work information, using a touch-panel task where work positions and order are memorized. The model is based on a classification of memorizing pathway, combining results (memorizing or remembering the information) and utterance data. Experiments are conducted on a subject who has got used to the learning and another subject who has not got used to. Analyzing the results, the model can show the difference of memorizing process between the two subjects. And the effectiveness of the model is confirmed.
