Stacking Fault Probabilities of Nickel-Iron Alloys

Values of the stacking fault probability were determined by means of Paterson’s method for filings of nickel and nickel-iron alloys. The estimated change of stacking fault energy with electron concentration is in good agreement with that of nickel-cobalt alloys.
