Static critical behaviours of a weak ferromagnet YFeO3 were investigated. Magnetization measurements were made along the three different crystallographic axes near the Curie point. Along the z axis, if we subtract the contribution of the antiferromagnetic susceptibility from the total magnetization, the resultant magnetization does obey the critical exponent expressions. The obtained critical indices are β=0.47±0.05, δ=5.1±0.5 and γ=1.9±0.2. With these critical indices the magnetization curves were found to fit the scaling law. Along the x axis, with the increase of the applied field, the rotation of the spin axis was observed. The magnetization takes the maximum value below the Curie point. The temperatures of the magnetization maximum were determined as a function of applied magnetic filed. Along they y axis, no drastic anomaly was observed.
