The microwave spectra of hydroxylamine and its deuterated species: NH2OH, NH2OD, NHDH, ND2OH, NHDOD and ND2OD have been observed and analyzed. Their rotational constants have been determined. The molecular structure of hydroxylamine is determined to be r(N–H)=1.016±0.008Å, r(N–O)=1.453±0.002Å, r(O–H)=0.962±0.005Å, θ(∠HNH)=107°06′±30′, θ(∠HNO)=103°15′±30′ and θ(∠NOH)=101°22′±30′. The dipole moment and quadrupole coupling constants of NH2OH are also determined. No splitting due to the inversion of the NH2-group is resolved.
