Li₂Gd₄(MoO₄)₇: A New Paramagnetic, Ferroelectric Crystal

抄録

Methods for growing single crystal of Li₂Gd₄(MoO₄)₇ and a few of its physical properties have been reported here. This material is a new addition to the group of ferroelectric and paramagnetic materials. The value of its magnetic susceptibility at room temperature is 59.55×10⁻⁶ cm³/g and the characteristic ferroelectric domains are observed along the c-axis.
