Velocity Correlation and Relative Diffusion in Simple Liquids. II

Velocity correlation and relative diffusion in simple classical liquids are investigated with the use of the formalism developed in the previous paper. A modified Smoluchowski equation is derived, which contains a correction term of a linearized Vlasov type by taking into account three-body correlations among liquid atoms. Velocity correlation is discussed on the basis of the new equation.
