Measurement of Oscillator Strength of Several Lines of BaI

Values of oscillator strength of several lines of BaI were measured in a shock-tube using a hook method. The lower levels of the lines were metastable levels which were considered to be in LTE with the ground level. The obtained values were close to those of Eicke except that of an intercombination line BaI 5807. The value of Eicke for this line might be too large.
