The temperature dependence of the ultrasonic velocity of TGSe–DTSe mixed crystals was measured near the two tricritical lines. It was found that there is a remarkable difference between the behavior of the anomalous parts of the sound velocity near the two tricritical lines, while there is no qualitative difference in the dielectric property.
