The critical temperature, Tc, and the upper critical field, Hc2, have been examined for three-dimensional superconductors in the weakly localized regime. The life time, τ, is assumed to be short enough such that τ−1>>ωD; ωD being the Debye frequency. The results indicate that there exists an appreciable suppression of Tc even in the weakly localized regime. The effect of strong spin-orbit scattering is also investigated and the suppression of Tc is seen not to be affected.
