Constitutive Equation for Nematic Liquid Crystals under Weak Velocity Gradient Derived from a Molecular Kinetic Equation. II. —Leslie Coefficients for Rodlike Polymers—

The Leslie coefficients of the nematic phase of concentrated solutions of rodlike polymers are calculated based on the molecular theory given in the previous paper (Kuzuu and Doi: J. Phys. Soc. Jpn. 52 (1983)). The Leslie coefficients are obtained in the form of an asymptotic expansion with respect to the concentration.
